戴斌，经济学博士，教授，中国旅游研究院院长。

1989年，毕业于安徽省商业高等专科学校。
1995年，获安徽财经大学经济学硕士学位。
2004年，获中国社会科学院研究生院经济学博士学位。
工作经历
1989年7月始，任安徽财经大学贸易经济系教学秘书、助教、讲师、副教授。
2001年1月始，任北京第二外国语学院旅游管理学院副教授、教授、饭店管理系主任、科研处副处长、处长兼学报常务副主编、校长助理兼中瑞酒店管理学院院长。
2008年4月，任中国旅游研究院副院长。
2010年7月，任中国旅游研究院院长。

在《旅游学刊》、《南开管理评论》等境内外媒体上公开发表相关论文300余篇，多次为《旅游管理》、《中国旅游年鉴》等权威刊物转载。出版专著、译著、教材30余部。主持国家自然科学基金委员会、国家社科基金、国家旅游局、教育部、北京市政府、北京市社科规划办、中国国旅集团、岭南国际企业集团等政府部门和商业机构委托课题60余项，专题演讲550余场。

Main research achievements: Published over 300 theses in both domestic and foreign media such as Tourism Tribune and Nankai Management Review, these theses have been reprinted in some authoritative publications such as Tourism Management and Annals of China’s Tourism many times. Presided over 60 research programs and delivered more than 550 keynote speeches entrusted by governmental departments and commercial organizations including National Natural Science Foundation, China National Tourism Administration, the Ministry of Education, the municipal government of Beijing, Beijing Social Sciences Planning Office, China National Tourism Group and Lingnan International Enterprise Group, etc.
